Langlee opens an office in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria
Langlee Wave Power AS keeps growing, opening an office in the Canaries through its Spanish subsidiary Langlee Wave Power S.L.U. The office is located in the Scientific and Technological Park of Tafira, in the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria University Campus.
The Scientific and Technological Park aims to set up a space for knowledge enhancement, development and business innovation in the Islands.
Setting up this new office is a natural step for Langlee, as the company will focus all its business strategy on the Canarian market, where it will move some of it’s R&D activities, in order to prepare the local fabrication of the wave energy converters.
At the same time a new employee joined the team. José Luis Roger Perdomo, a Naval Engineer who will work as a Project Manager for the prototype fabrication which is expected to start soon in Las Palmas.José Luis, will join Simone Meme in the office, a Renewable Energy Engineer, responsible for site development in Canaries and environmental impact studies.
